列车管压力梯度对重载列车纵向冲动影响 被引量:5

Influence of Train Pipe Pressure Gradient on Longitudinal Impulse of Heavy Haul Train

摘要 重载列车长度长、承重大,道路路况复杂、坡度大。随着不断扩编,列车制动缓解再制动时,部分车辆的列车管很难充满气,造成列车前后纵向冲动加大。为了研究列车管压力梯度对列车纵向冲动影响,基于多刚体动力学和气体流动理论,使用TABLDSS仿真程序建立列车纵向动力学模型和空气制动模型,计算了万吨重载列车在常用全制动时4种列车管压力梯度分布工况。结果表明,列车最大车钩力随梯度不为0的车辆数增多而增大,但对其发生车位及时间几乎没有影响,列车管压力梯度分布对制动缸升压特性和制动波速没有影响。 Heavy haul train is long in length, with heavy load, driving on complex road conditions and large slope. With the continuous expansion of the train marshalling, when train is braking, relieving and rebraking, the train pipe of some vehicles are difficult to be full of air, resulting in an increase in longitudinal impulses of the train. In order to study the influence of train pipe pressure gradient on train longitudinal impulse, based on the theory of multi-rigid-body dynamics and gas flow, the longitudinal dynamic model of train and the air brake model are established by using TABLDSS simulation program. The pressure gradient distribution of 4 kinds of train pipe in a ten-thousand-ton heavy load train in the maximum reduction service application are calculated. The results show that the maximum coupler force of the train increases with the number of vehicles whose gradient is not zero, but it has little effect on the parking space and time. The pressure gradient distribution of train pipe has no effect on the brake cylinder's pressure characteristics and braking wave velocity.
