摘要
通过分析目前城市轨道交通联调联试现状,结合《城市轨道交通初期运营前安全评估管理暂行办法》及《城市轨道交通初期运营前安全评估技术规范第1部分:地铁和轻轨》,提出1种新的联调联试服务模式,即在现有联调联试工作基础上,加入独立第三方开展的功能验证及动态检测内容。文章阐述在新联调联试模式下的主要工作内容及组织流程,并以信号系统功能验证为例,列举3个信号系统功能验证场景,充分说明引入独立第三方联调联试测试单位的优势。
Based on the analysis of the current status of joint commissioning and trial operation of urban rail transit, this paper proposes a new joint commissioning and trial operation service mode by taking into consideration of the Interim Methods for Safety Assessment Management in the Initial Period Before Operation of Urban Rail Transit and the Technical Specification for Safety Assessment in the Initial Period Before Operation of Urban Rail Transit Part 1: Metro and Light Rail. On the basis of the existing joint commissioning and trial operation work, additional functional verification and dynamic inspection by independent third party are carried out. This paper describes the main work content and organization workfl ow of the new joint commissioning and trial operation mode. Taking the functional verifi cation of signaling system as an example, three functional verifi cation scenarios of signaling system are listed, which fully illustrates the advantages of introducing independent third party for joint commissioning and trial operation as the testing institution.
