摘要
工业木质素中,木质素的有效含量决定着木质素产品的性质,研究一种可以确定工业木质素中各种物质有效含量的分析方法,对了解木质素产品的性能具有重要的意义。本文提出了工业木质素的硅胶柱层析分离纯化法,并对具体步骤进行了详细阐述。结果表明,采用硅胶柱层析分离法分离工业木质素,成本低、污染小、洗脱效果好,可以对工业木质素产品的质量进行定量分析且相对误差小,准确性高。
The properties of lignin products were determined by the available content of lignin in industrial lignin. It was of great significance to study the effective content of various substances in industrial lignin for understanding the properties of lignin products. In this paper, a silica gel column chromatography purification method was proposed, and the concrete steps were described in detail. The results showed that the separation of industrial lignin by silica gel column chromatography had the advantages of low cost, low pollution and good elution effect. In addition, the quality of industrial lignin could be quantitatively analyzed by silica gel column chromatography with little relative error and high accuracy.
