摘要
本文针对螺旋桨-轴系-船体耦合振动产生的高辐射噪声问题,从新型推力轴承设计出发,提出了艉置消振推力轴承的设计方案。该新型推力轴承具有艉部对称安装、纵向刚度低噪声匹配、径向采用隔振处理等技术特点。通过建立螺旋桨-轴系-船体耦合振动声辐射计算模型,采用数值计算方法揭示了艉置消振推力轴承的降噪机理,并在开阔水域开展了艉置消振推力轴承降噪效果的验证试验,试验结果表明,该新型推力轴承具有良好的降噪效果,可将螺旋桨纵向激励力经轴系传递到试验模型壳体引起的辐射噪声降低7.3 dB。该研究为降低舰船桨-轴-船耦合振动辐射噪声提供了一种新的技术途径。
In order to solve the high radiated noise problem caused by propeller-shafting-hull coupled vibration, a design scheme of one new thrust bearing named stern damping thrust bearing was proposed. The stern damping thrust bearing has the advantages of tail symmetrical installation, low noise matching for longitudinal stiffness, vibration isolation in the radial direction, etc. Firstly, the model was established to calculate the acoustical radiation caused by propeller-shafting-hull coupled vibration. Then the noise reduction mechanism of the stern damping thrust bearing was revealed by using numerical calculation method. After that, the test verification of noise reduction effect for the new thrust bearing was carried out in an open water area. The test results show that the new thrust bearing has a fine noise reduction effect and can reduce the radiated noise by 7.3 dB, which is caused by the propeller longitudinal excitation transmitted to the test model's hull via the shafting. This study provides a new technical approach for reducing the propeller-shafting-hull coupled vibration of military ships.
