摘要
经鼻气管插管是重症监护室中辅助治疗的方式之一,为患者提供了高质量的生命支持,使生命得以延续。然而患者在获得治疗和护理的同时,也会遇到一系列的同生命质量相关的伦理挑战,如心理无助、渴求帮助、患者及家属的知情同意权、医疗人性化冲突等。因此,分析危重症患者在经鼻气管插管护理中的伦理问题,同患者和家属加强沟通,缓解患者心理问题,将会对改善护患关系起到积极的作用。
Nasotracheal Intubation is one of the ways to assist in the treatment of intensive care units, which provides the high-quality life support for patients and allows life to continue. However, while patients receive treatment and care, they also encounter a series of ethical challenges related to the quality of life, such aspsychological helplessness, eager for help, informed consent of patients and their families, medical humanization conflicts. Therefore, to understand the ethical issues in the intensive care unit, to strengthen communication with patients and their families, to relieve patients’ psychological problems and play a very important role in improving the nurse-patients relationship.
