摘要
目的探讨四子散热熨治疗痰浊壅肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)患者的临床效果。方法将84例痰浊壅肺型AECOPD患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。两组均给予常规治疗及护理,观察组同时给予四子散热熨。治疗1周后,评估并比较两组的总有效率,比较两组患者治疗前后的中医症状积分、便秘评分、血气分析指标及生活质量评分。结果两组患者总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者PaO2和PaCO2均改善,且观察组PaO2和PaCO2优于对照组;两组中医症状积分、便秘评分及生活质量评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论四子散热熨可有效改善痰浊壅肺型AECOPD患者的肺部症状及便秘,缓解缺氧状态,从而提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Sizisan blanching for treating patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) of turbid phlegm obstructing lung type. Methods Eighty-four patients with AECOPD of turbid phlegm obstructing lung type were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment and nursing care,concurrently,the observation group received Sizisan blanching.One week after treatment, the total effective rates of the two groups were assessed and compared,and scores for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptoms,constipation scores,blood gas analysis indicators,and scores for quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups ( P >0.05).After treatment,PaO 2 and PaCO 2 were improved in both groups,and the observation group was superior to the control group with respect to PaO 2 and PaCO 2(all P <0.05);both group reported lower scores for TCM symptoms,constipation and quality of life than the pretherapeutic,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P <0.05). Conclusion Sizisan blanching can effectively improve pulmonary symptoms and constipation as well as ameliorate hypoxia condition in patients with AECOPD of turbid phlegm obstructing lung type,thus improving their quality of life.
