摘要
目的研究延胡索Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang热风干燥特性及动力学行为。方法通过实时测定延胡索干燥过程中质量的变化,计算得到其水分比(MR)的变化曲线。通过二次多项式拟合模型参数,建立并优化模型,计算有效水分扩散系数(Deff)及活化能(Ea)。结果 Modified Page模型拟合的方程与实测值差异较小,在50~90℃时,Deff范围为3.972×10^-10~1.362×10^-9m^2/s,Ea为30.17 kJ/mol。结论建立的模型精确度较高,可为延胡索热风干燥过程提供理论依据。
AIM To study hot air drying characteristics and kinetic behaviors of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T.Wang.METHODS The weight change in drying process of C. yanhusuo was measured to calculate the change curve of moisture ratio(MR). A model was established and then optimized by quadratic polynomial fitting model parameters to calculate effective moisture diffusion coefficient(Deff) and activation energy(Ea).RESULTS There was little difference between equation fitted by Modified Page model and measured values. At 50-90 ℃, the range of Deff was 3.972×10^-10-1.362×10^-9m^2/s, Ea was 30.17 kJ/mol.CONCLUSION The established model has high precision, which can provide theoretical basis for hot air drying process of C. yanhusuo.
