摘要
目的研究冬虫夏草Cordyceps Sinensis内生菌皮壳青霉菌Penicillium crustosum的化学成分。方法冬虫夏草发酵物甲醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、制备型HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为6-乙酰基-2α,5-二羟基-2-(2-羟丙基)-3α,8-二甲基苯并二氢吡喃(1)、4-甲基-5,6-二氢吡喃酮(2)、3-甲基-4-喹唑啉酮(3)、4-甲氧基苯乙酸(4)、2,4-二甲氧基苯酚(5)、对羟基苯基乙酸甲酯(6)、对羟基苯甲醛(7)、2,5-二羟基-4-甲基苯乙酮(8)、2,4-二羟基-3-甲基苯乙酮(9)、3,4-二羟基苯乙酸甲酯(10)、环(脯氨酸-亮氨酸)(11)、3,4-二甲氧基苯乙醇(12)、3,4-二甲氧基-苯甲酸(13)。结论化合物1~7、9~13为首次从该真菌中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents of endophytic fungi Penicillium crustosum from Cordyceps Sinensis.METHODS The ethyl acetate fraction of methanol extract leavening from Cordyceps Sinensis was isolated and purified by silica, Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as 6-acetyl-2α,5-dihydroxy-2-(2-hydroxypropyl)-3α,8-dimethylchroman(1), anhydromevalonolactone(2), 3-methylquinazolin-4(3H)-one(3), 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)acetic acid(4), 2,4-dimethoxyphenol(5), methyl 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetate(6), 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde(7), 1-(2,4-dihydroxy-5-methylphenyl)ethan-1-one(8), 1-(2,4-dihydroxy-3-methylphenyl)ethan-1-one(9), methyl 2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)acetate(10), cyclo(Pro-Leu)(11), 3,4-dimethoxy-benzoic acid(12), 2-(3,4-dimeth-oxyphenyl)ethanol(13).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-7 and 9-13 are isolated from this fungus for the first time.
