摘要
目的观察固肠止泻丸联合美沙拉嗪对轻度活动期克罗恩病患者的临床疗效。方法 80例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例,对照组给予美沙拉嗪,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用固肠止泻丸,疗程60 d。然后,检测临床疗效、中医证候疗效、CDAI评分、ESR及CRP、TNF-α水平变化。结果观察组总有效率、中医证候疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组CDAI评分、ESR及CRP、TNF-α水平显著降低(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。结论固肠止泻丸联合美沙拉嗪可改善轻度活动期克罗恩病患者临床症状,减轻炎症反应,安全性较高。
AIM To observe the clinical effects of Guchang Zhixie Pills combined with mesalazine on mildly active Crohn’s disease.METHODS Eighty patients were randomly assigned into control group(40 cases) for 60-day administration of mesalazine, and observation group(40 cases) for 60-day administration of Guchang Zhixie Pills and mesalazine. Subsequently, the changes in clinical efficacy, TCM syndrome efficacy, CDAI score, ESR, and CRP, TNF-α levels were detected. RESULTS The observation group displayed significantly higher total effective rate and TCM syndrome efficacy than the control group(P<0.05). After the treatment, the two groups demonstrated markedly decreased CDAI score, ESR, and CRP, TNF-α levels(P<0.05), especially for the observation group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with mildly active Crohn’s disease, Guchang Zhixie Pills combined with mesalazine can improve clinical symptoms and alleviate inflammatory reactions, with high safety.
