摘要 煤矿综采工作面刮板运输机电机通常采用双速电动机驱动系统,使用工频直接启动的方式,容易造成设备快速启动,产生较大的机械冲击和电气冲击,减少了设备的使用寿命。变频一体机在刮板输送机上的应用成为人们研究的热点,变频调速一体机的使用实现了煤矿工作面刮板输送机变频技术的应用,减轻了起动机械转矩对设备的机械损伤,减少设备故障率,提高了煤矿生产效率。 The two-speed motor drive system is usually used for the wiper transport motor of the comprehensive mining face of coal mine. It is easy to cause the equipment to start quickly by means of the direct start of the industrial frequency, which produces a large mechanical and electrical impact and reduces the service life of the equipment. The application of frequency conversion machine in scraper conveyor has become a hot spot in people's research. The use of frequency conversion speed adjustment machine has realized the application of frequency conversion technology of coal mine scraper conveyor, which has reduced the mechanical damage of starting mechanical torque to equipment and reduced equipment failure rate. The efficiency of coal mine production has been improved.
