摘要
面对大量积分闲置的问题,如何使积分有效的在市场流通,使商家获得额定收益和消费者感受实惠,是实现积分发放初衷的关键。文章通过构建积分交换系统,分析商家与消费者之间就积分兑换或积分闲置等问题,探索出一套不同消费者可跨商家、跨行业的积分交换平台运行模式,以此实现积分权益方的互利共赢。进而验证积分交换平台的可行性和优势,以此提升消费者的兑换积极性和增加商家收益与品牌价值。
In the face of the phenomenon that a large number of membership reward points are idle, how to make the points flow effectively in the market, so that businesses can get rated income and consumers feel affordable, is the key to achieve the original intention of points distribution. In this paper, a system for exchanging reward points for members is established. This paper analyzes the exchange or idle points between businesses and consumers, and explores a set of operation modes in which different consumers can use points across businesses and industries. In this way, the mutual benefit and win-win of the parties with points rights and interests are realized. In addition, the feasibility and advantages of the integration exchange platform are verified, so as to improve the consumer's exchange enthusiasm and increase the business income and brand value.
