摘要
目的了解上海市闵行区颛桥镇流动人口肺结核疫情流行特征,为制定流动人口肺结核防控措施提供科学依据。方法运用描述性流行病学方法对颛桥镇2013-2017年流动人口肺结核疫情资料进行统计分析。结果 5年来全镇共报告流动人口肺结核病例328例,年平均登记率为41.30/10万,其中涂阳肺结核126例,年平均登记率为15.87/10万。报告病例中,男性多于女性,性别比为2.53∶1;病例以青壮年为主,年龄集中在15~44岁,共报告261例,占79.57%;病例户籍来源主要来自安徽省、四川省和江西等省份,占48.78%。4~7月份为发病高峰,共报告131例,占39.94%。结论颛桥镇流动人口肺结核疫情总体呈逐年下降趋势,但疫情形势仍较严峻,结核病管理工作仍不能放松,流动人口是肺结核病防控的重点人群,应继续根据辖区特点加大防控力度。
OBJECTIVE To understand the epidemic characteristics of tuberculosis(TB)in Zhuanqiao Town,and provide a scientific reference for the control of TB epidemic among temporary residents. METHODS Epidemic data of TB among temporary residents of Zhuanqiao Town reported from 2013 to 2017 were statistically analyzed by using descriptive epidemiological method. RESULTS A total of 328 new registered TB cases were reported in Zhuanqiao Town during the past 5 years,including 126 smear-positive cases,there were 15.25/100 cases annually;the number of male patients was higher than the female patients,the sex ratio of male and female cases was 2.53∶1;the main patients were youths and young adults,the age of patients was mainly between 15 and 44 which occupied 79.57%;most of patients came from Anhui,Sichuan and Jiangxi,accounting for 48.78%. The peak incidence was from April to July. A total of 131 cases(39.94%)were reported. CONCLUSION The TB epidemic situation of floating population in Zhuanqiao Town shows a decreasing trend year by year,but the epidemic situation is still severe. The TB management should not be relaxed. The floating population is the key population for TB prevention and control. The prevention and control should be strengthened according to the characteristics of the jurisdiction.
