跨理论创新健康教育模式对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者康复训练的影响 被引量:3

The Effect of Cross-theoretical Innovation Health Education Model on Rehabilitation Training of COPD Patients

摘要 目的探讨跨理论创新健康教育模式对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者康复训练的影响,为COPD患者康复训练提供参考依据。方法选择2018年1月-2019年1月在上海市嘉定区安亭医院进行治疗的COPD患者120例为研究对象,按照随机数表法,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组患者进行常规的健康教育,观察组患者进行跨理论创新健康教育。6个月后,比较分析两组患者的康复训练依从性、肺功能以及生存质量评分。结果观察组患者按时进行康复训练明显高于对照组,且观察组没有出现从不做康复训练的患者;观察组第1秒用力呼气量、肺活量和第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量比率明显高于对照组;观察组疾病影响、呼吸道症状和活动受限评分明显低于对照组。结论跨理论创新健康教育模式能够促进COPD患者按时进行康复训练,明显改善患者肺功能,且使患者的生活质量提升,值得推广应用。 OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of cross-theoretical innovative health education model on rehabilitation training of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and provide references for rehabilitation training of COPD patients.METHODS A total of 120 patients with COPD who were treated in target hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled.According to the ran. dom number table method,patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group used routine health education and the observation group used cross-theory innovation health education.After 6 months,the rehabil. itation training compliance,lung function(including vital capacity(VC),forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),and forced ex. piratory capacity in 1 second forced labor capacity ratio(FEV1/FVC))and quality of life score were compared and analyzed.RESULTS In the observation group,the rehabilitation training(78.33%)was significantly higher than the control group(26.67%),and there were no patients who did not undergo rehabilitation training in the observation group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of FEV1,VC and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differ. ence were statistically significant(P<0.05);the disease effect,respiratory symptoms and activity limitation scores in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The cross-theory innovation health education model could promote the rehabilitation training of patients with COPD on time,significantly im. prove the lung function of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients,which was worthy of popularization and application.
