摘要
At present,with the decrease of the educational population and the gradual deepening of the higher educational reform,the development of the private colleges and universities is facing various contradictions and challenges.The development concept of"innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing"put forward at the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the CPC provides the value guidance and the practical basis for the private colleges and universities to renew their development concepts and solve their development problems.
