摘要
计算了2013~2017年湖北省的产业绿色转型综合指标,从中发现湖北省在绿色生产制造和绿色减排控制方面做得很好,但是绿色支持力度还不够。从区域上看,没有发挥好长江经济带的优势,没能实现“一盘棋”;虽然湖北省的传统产业亟待绿色转型,但是目前仍存在很多问题。结合当前存在的问题,定性和定量分析了湖北省的地域特点和经济发展形式,对传统产业的绿色转型提出了一些建议。
This paper calculates the comprehensive index of green industrial transformation in Hubei Province from 2013 to 2017,and finds that Hubei Province has done a good job in green manufacturing and green emission reduction control.From a regional perspective,the advantage of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has not been exerted well,and it has not been able to achieve"a game of chess."Traditional industries in Hubei Province are in urgent need of green transformation,but there are still many problems.Based on the existing problems and the regional characteristics and economic development forms of Hubei Province,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the green transformation of traditional industries.
