摘要
目的气阴两虚型IgA肾病患者通过益气养阴通络法进行治疗,对患者得到的治疗效果以及肾功能指标进行过研究分析,对治疗效果展开评价.方法该次研究中所选取的80例气阴两虚型IgA肾病的患者,均来自该院在2017年2月—2018年2月之间内收治的患者,需要将80例患者按照随机数字方法进行分组,40例患者通过西医方法进行常规治疗,将其叫做对照组,余下的40例患者通过益气养阴通络法展开医治,将其叫做观察组,对两组患者的治疗总有效率进行统计分析,对两组患者的肾功能指标的改善情况进行研究比较,从而将益气养阴通络法的治疗效果进行评价,为临床中气阴两虚型IgA肾病患者提供有效的治疗依据.结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为87.5%(35/40),对照组患者的治疗总有效率为70.0%(28/40),两组之间的差异有统计学意义(x^2=15.2487,P<0.05);肾功能指标包括:血清肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、内生肌酐清除水平(Ccr),观察组患者与对照组患者的肾功能指标均得到改善,但是观察组患者的肾功能指标改善情况更加显著,远远优良于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.4259、8.1385、8.4539,P<0.05).结论通过益气养阴通络法对气阴两虚型IgA肾病患者展开医治,可以获得优良的治疗总有效率,且肾功能指标可以得到明显的改善,患者的生活质量从而得到显著提高,值得在临床中推广以及广泛应用.
Objective To treat patients with qi and yin deficiency type IgA nephropathy by Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo method, to analyze the therapeutic effects and renal function indexes obtained by patients, and to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Methods Eighty patients with qi and yin deficiency type IgA nephropathy who were admitted to our hospital between February 2017 and February 2018 were selected. According to random number methods, they were divided into control group (n=40, treated by Western medicine) and observation group (n=40, treated by Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo method). Statistical analysis was performed on the total effective rate of treatment in the two groups, and the improvement of renal function indexes in the two groups was compared. Therefore, the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo method is evaluated, which provides an effective treatment basis for patients with IgA nephropathy. Results The total effective rate was 87.5%(35/40) in the observation group and 70.0%(28/40) in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=15.248 7,P<0.05). Renal function indicators included serum creatinine (Scr), urea nitrogen (BUN), endogenous creatinine clearance (Ccr). Renal function indicators of patients in the observation group and control group were improved. Compared with the control group, the improvement in the observation group was more significant, with statistically significant difference(t=8.425 9, 8.138 5, 8.453 9,P<0.05). Conclusion The total efficiency of Yiqi Yangyin Tongluo method in the treatment of patients with IgA nephropathy of Qi and Yin deficiency is excellent. The renal function index can be improved significantly, and the quality of life of patients is significantly improved. It is worth promotion and wide application in the clinic.
