摘要
大学生村官计划作为党和国家的一项政策,是在新时代和新农村建设的基础上应运而生的.在新时代新农村的建设进程中,大学生村官在农村思想政治工作中发挥着重要作用.但是大学生村官在农村思想政治工作中作用的发挥仍然受到一定的限制.正确理解大学生村官思想政治工作的内容,把握大学生村官职责和农村思想政治工作的契合点,探索新时代大学生村官在农村思想政治工作中实际发挥作用的情况,分析制约发挥作用的因素,有利于提高大学生村官思想政治工作的效率,使大学生村官在农村思想政治工作中的作用发挥到最大化.
The policy of college student village officials as a party and state policy came into being on the basis of the new times and the construction of new countryside. In the process of building a new countryside in the new era, university student village officials play a big role in rural ideological and political work. However, the role of university student village officials in rural ideological and political work is still subject to certain restrictions.
