摘要
对于单一化学反应,反应物的转化率数值就足以表征整个反应进行的程度。但对包含多个反应的复杂反应体系来说,仅用反应物的转化率将难以描述所有反应的进度。因此,对于复杂反应体系,需引入理想产物收率或选择性的概念。在现有的教材中,对于理想产物收率或选择性的定义比较混乱,不同学者或著者对其定义可能均不相同。通过查阅近年出版的反应工程教材和文献,列举出理想产物收率或选择性的几种不同定义,最后根据各定义的使用频率,推荐一种复杂反应体系常用的理想产物收率和选择性定义,并对推荐的定义利用算例进行说明,以帮助学生更好地学习这些概念。
For a single reaction, the conversion of key reactant is sufficient to characterize the extent of the specified reaction. But for a system including multiple reactions, the conversion of key reactant is not enough to describe the extent of the all reactions. Therefore, the concept of yield and selectivity of desired product is introduced. But in present textbooks, the definition of yield and selectivity of desired product is rather confusing, and different scholars or authors may have different definitions. In this paper, several different definitions of yield and selectivity of desired product were enumerated by consulting the textbooks and literatures of reaction engineering in recent years. Finally, a common definition for yield and selectivity of desired product was recommended according to the application frequency of these definitions, and the definition was illustrated by calculation examples to help students learn these concepts better.
