水平井基于动液面变化智能调参采油技术应用 被引量:1

Application of Production Technology by Intelligent Parameter Adjustment in Horizontal Wells Based on Dynamic Fluid Level Change

摘要 水平井蒸汽吞吐周期生产过程中,油层压力不断衰减,供液能力逐渐减弱,依靠人工监测调控机采参数的及时性差,造成油层供液能力与抽油泵排液速度不匹配、供排关系不平衡、机采系统效率低等问题。研究基于动液面变化智能调参采油技术,主要包括智能监测系统、中心监督系统、自动保护系统、自动报警系统的研究设计。该技术系统以监测动液面深度为核心,根据实时自动监测的动液面深度参数,自动识别并判断油层的供液能力情况,灵活实时自动调控抽油机的电机频率,改变抽油杆上下往复冲次,使抽油泵排液速度与油层供液能力相符合,实现产液量的供排平衡,提高机采效率。现场在水平井上试验应用效果显著,与投产初期对比抽油泵泵效提高8%,日产液量提高15t,日耗电量节约47kW·h。基于动液面的智能调参采油技术能够适合现场实际应用需求,实现智能自动调控生产,可以有效解决现场井数多、偏远分散、技术人员精力不足、管理困难等实际问题,能够有效提高机采系统工作效率,达到节能减耗、降本增效的目的。 During the production process of steam stimulation cycle of the horizontal wells ,the reservoir pressure decreases continuously and the fluid supply capacity decreases gradually.Artificial lift parameters cannot be controlled in time by manual monitoring ,and it results in the mismatch between the fluid supply capacity of the reservoirs and the discharge velocity of the pumps ,the unbalanced relationship between the supply and discharge,and the low efficiency of the mechanical production system.The production technology by intelligent parameter adjustment based on dynamic liquid level change was studied including intelligent monitoring system,central monitoring system,automatic protection system and automatic alarm system.The key of the technical system is to monitor the depth of the dynamic fluid level.Based on the dynamic liquid level depth parameters monitored automatically on real -time ,the fluid supply capacity of oil reservoir was automatically identified and judged,and the motor frequency of pumping unit may be adjusted flexibly and automatically on real time.Stroke times of sucker rod up and down may be changed ,and it makes the fluid discharge rate of the oil pump be consistent with the fluid supply capacity of the oil reservoirs.The balance of fluid supply and drainage may be realized and the production efficiency of the pumping unit may be improved.Through field test and application in the horizontal wells ,the pumping efficiency of oil pumps increased by 8%,daily liquid production increased by 15t,and daily power consumption saved by 47kW·h compared with initial production.The production technology by intelligent parameter adjustment based on dynamic fluid level change is available in the field application.The production by intelligent automation control may be realized.It can solve the problems of more field wells with far distance and scattering distribution ,insufficient energy of the technicians and being hard to manage.The working efficiency of the mining system may be effectively improved so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving ,consumption reducing,costs reducing and benefit increasing.
