摘要
文章以商品茶籽油为原料制备得混合脂肪酸,再对混合脂肪酸进行脲包处理纯化其油酸。为进一步提高油酸纯度,进行二次脲包试验。结果表明:第二次脲包试验在尿素用量为20g、包合时间4h、包合温度10℃时,效果最佳,油酸纯度提高至98.51%,且完全去除饱和脂肪酸。
Fatty acid was obtained by commercial camellia oil.The method of urea adduction fractionation was used to purify the oleic acid.In order to further improve the purity of oleic acid,two urea adduction fractionation were conducted.The results showed that the optimum condition of second urea adduction fractionation were the amount of urea is 20 g,the inclusion time is 4 hours,and the inclusion temperature is 10℃.Under this condition the purity of oleic acid was improve to 98.51%and complete removal saturated fatty acid.
