非基准温度下MCB过载保护特性等效校验方法 被引量:2

摘要 对小型断路器(MCB)的过载保护特性及校验方法进行分析,得到非基准温度下的过载保护特性等效校验方法。通过对MCB标准试验的发热分析,利用热双金属片的热平衡方程,得到了通约定不脱扣电流和约定脱扣电流时的稳定温升,以此作为临界范围判断值,得到了非基准温度下等效约定时间、等效试验电流和环境温度三者之间的理论公式。通过理论分析和试验验证,探索了非基准温度下MCB过载保护特性等效校验方法在过载保护特性中的运用。 The overload protection characteristics of a miniature circuit breaker( MCB) and its calibration method were analyzed,and the equivalent calibration method of overload protection characteristics at non-reference temperature was obtained. Through the heat analysis of the MCB standard test,the stable temperature rise when on conventional untripping current or conventional tripping current is obtained by using the thermal balance equation of the thermal bimetallic sheet,which is used as the judgment value of the critical range,and the theoretical formula between the equivalent agreed time,the equivalent test current and the ambient temperature under the non-reference temperature was obtained. Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the application of the equivalent verification method of MCB overload protection characteristics at non-reference temperature in overload protection characteristics was explored.
