摘要
目的:分析长春市老年人社区养老服务需求的影响因素。方法:采用问卷调查的方法对长春市348名老年人进行调查,运用二元Logistic回归分析处理数据。结果:文化程度,与子女关系,老年人的居住情况以及从事的职业是影响老年人社区养老服务需求的主要因素。结论:政府应提高社区医疗服务水平和医疗保健水平,提高社区老年人的生活照料服务水平,丰富老年人晚年的精神文化生活,提高老年人法律意识。
Objective To investigate the influential factors of community-based care demands among the elderly in Changchun. Methods Totally 348 the aged in Changchun were investigated with questionnaire,and binary Logistic regression was used to analyze the data. Results Cultural level,the relationship with children,the living conditions of the elderly and occupations are the main factors that affect the needs of the elderly community pension service. Conclusion The government should improve the level of community health service and health care,strengthen the construction of community elderly life care services,enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly in their later years and improve the legal consciousness of the elderly.
