大数据的出现给档案工作带来了新的机遇与挑战,档案部门要坚持服务社会、高效及时、全面准确、开拓创新的档案利用原则,要创新利用服务理念,加大资源开发力度,构建智能化服务平台,强化安全防范措施等等,积极融入国家大数据发展战略,满足人民群众对信息快捷便利的利用需求,走上可持续发展道路,让档案在大数据时代焕发新的生机和活力。
The advent of big data has brought new opportunities and challenges to the archives work. The archives department should adhere to the principles of serving the society, being efficient, timely, comprehensive, accurate, pioneering and innovative in the use of archives. It should innovate the use service concepts, increase resources development, build an intelligent service platform, strengthen security and prevention measures and so on. It should actively integrate into the national big data development strategy, explore new ways to meet the needs of people for quick and convenient access to information, and embark on the road of sustainable development, so that archives will have new vitality in the big data era.
