摘要
阐述农村老年人日常生活活动能力(ADL)的概念与内涵,综述农村老年人ADL研究的现状及影响因素,分析已有的干预措施及潜存的问题。指出农村老年人ADL现状不容乐观,目前研究中调查对象偏向为有功能障碍的老年人,且对ADL的干预及干预后的追踪较少,相关干预性研究以及效果评价有待进一步探索。
It expounded the concept and connotation of the daily living activity(ADL)in the rural elderly.It reviewed the current situation and influencing factors of the rural elderly′s ADL research.The existing interventions and potential problems were analyzed.It was pointed out that the current situation of ADL in rural elderly was not optimistic.At present,the survey subjects tend to be elderly with dysfunction,and there is less follow-up and intervention after ADL intervention.Relevant intervention studies and effect evaluation need to be further explored.
