气相色谱法检测人工真皮皮耐克中环氧乙烷残留量 被引量:7

摘要 目的:建立顶空气相色谱法测定人工真皮中环氧乙烷残留的检测方法。方法:采用顶空气相色谱法,色谱柱为石英毛细管柱DB-624(30m ×0.32mm×1.8μm),载气为N2,流速为2.0mL·min^-1,检测器为FID,检测器温度为200℃,进样口温度为140℃,采用程序升温的方法进行检测。结果:环氧乙烷在0.128- 25.6μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),回收率介于97.1%~106.7%,重复性RSD值为1.92%,精密度峰面积RSD值为0.91%,保留时间RSD为0.11%.结论:GC法测定环氧乙烷的残留量,方法灵敏度高,准确可靠,可用于人工真皮皮耐克中环氧乙烷含量的测定. Objective: To establish a headspace gas chromatography method for the determination of ethylene oxide residues in artificial dermis. Methods: Headspace gas chromatography was used. Column was DB-624(30 m×0.32 mm×1.8μm),Carrier gas is nitrogen.The flow rate is 2.0 ml·min^-1. The detector is FID.The detector temperature is 200℃,The inlet temperature is 140℃,Temperature programmed method was used for detection. Results: The linear relationship of ethylene oxide in the range of 0.128 to 25.6μg·mL^-1 was good(r=0.9999), the recovery was97.1%~106.7%, the repeatability RSD was 1.92%, the precision peak area RSD was 0.91%, and the retention time RSD was 0.11%.Conclusion: GC method is sensitive, accurate and reliable for the determination of ethylene oxide residue in artificial dermis Pinaike.
