摘要
为了满足对小型化、轻量化、低成本的虚拟现实型头戴显示器的需求,基于传统的I型广角目镜,通过引入非球面面型,设计了一种同轴大视场头戴显示器光学系统,系统由5片透镜组成,最大视场角为54°。结果表明,该系统的出瞳直径为8 mm,出瞳距离为13 mm,最大畸变为-1.35%,场曲小于0.5 mm,全视场调制传递函数(MTF)大于0.42;系统总长缩短了28.4%,透镜单元的体积显著减小,实现了整机系统的小型化和轻量化,并且结构紧凑,成本低,满足头戴显示光学系统的要求,便于商业推广。
To meet the demand for miniaturization, lightweight and low-cost virtual reality head mounted displays, based on the traditional I-type wide-angle eyepiece, a coaxial large-field head mounted display optical system was designed by introducing the aspherical surface type. The system consists of five lenses with a maximum field-of-view angle of 54 degrees. The results show that the exit pupil diameter is 8 mm, the eye relief is 13 mm, the maximum distortion is-1.35%, the field curvature is less than 0.5 mm and the full field modulation transfer function(MTF) is more than 0.42. The total length of the system is shortened by 28.4%. The volume of the lens unit is significantly reduced, the miniaturization and weight reduction of the whole system are realized, and the structure is compact and the cost is low, which satisfies the requirements of the head mounted display optical system, and facilitates commercial promotion.
