摘要
目的观察在常规对症西医治疗基础上联合通窍活血汤对脑梗塞患者病情和康复效果的影响.方法选取脑梗塞患者68例作为本次研究对象,根据对患者具体治疗方案差异将其每组34例分为常规组与联合组,常规组患者应用脑梗塞对应西医治疗手段,联合组患者在常规治疗措施基础上给予中药通窍活血汤治疗,比较两种治疗措施下脑梗塞患者病情疗效.结果分别在治疗前后对两组患者NIHSS、Barthel指标进行评估,两项临床指标比较后提示经治疗干预下均有改善而联合组患者数据具备显著优越性(P<0.05);评估疗程后患者病情改善情况,联合组患者总有效率为96.1%,显著优于常规组总有效率76.5%且有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对脑梗塞患者采取中西医结合即常规西医对症治疗联合通窍活血汤治疗能够能够更全面有效地改善相关指标变化,缓解症状对正常生活的影响,值得临床推广.
Objective To observe the effect of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction on the condition and rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction on the basis of conventional Western medicine. Methods Sixty-eight patients with cerebral infarction were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the differences in specific treatment options, 34 patients in each group were divided into the conventional group and the combined group. The patients in the conventional group were treated with Western medicine for cerebral infarction. On the basis of conventional treatment measures, the patients were given traditional Chinese medicine Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction to compare the curative effect of patients with cerebral infarction under two treatments. Results NIHSS and Barthel indexes were evaluated before and after treatment. The comparison of the two clinical indicators showed improvement under the treatment intervention. The data of the combined group were significantly superior (P<0.05). The patients after the evaluation course were evaluated. The improvement of the condition was 96.1%, which was significantly better than the conventional group (76.5%) and statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, ie the treatment of traditional western medicine with Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction can improve the changes of related indicators and alleviate the impact of symptoms on normal life. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
