摘要
目的研究临床护理路径在血液透析患者留置深静脉双腔透析导管的应用效果,为临床提供指导。方法将我院收治的46例留置深静脉双腔透析导管的血液透析患者作为研究病例,病例的选取时间为2014年9月至2017年12月,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各23例,对照组患者行常规护理,研究组患者采取临床护理路径,比较两组护理效果。结果研究组患者的护理满意度为91.30%,对照组(65.22%),研究组患者的导管应用时间为(24.31±6.23)d,对照组患者的导管应用时间为(36.52±5.34)d,研究组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,存在显著统计学意义。结论留置深静脉双腔透析导管的血液透析患者应用临床护理路径的效果明显,值得临床进一步应用探索。
Objective To study the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in hemodialysis patients with deep venous double-lumen dialysis catheter, and provide guidance for clinical.Methods 46 hemodialysis patients who underwent deep-venous double-lumen dialysis catheters were enrolled in our hospital. The cases were selected from September 2014 to December 2017,according to the random number table method, the control group and the study group were divided into 23 cases, and the control group received routine nursing. The patients in the study group took the clinical nursing path. Compare the effects of the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 91.30%, the control group (65.22%), the catheter application time of the study group was (24.31±6.23)d, and the catheter application time of the control group was (36.52±5.34)d. The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference. Conclusion Hemodialysis patients with deep venous double-lumen dialysis catheters have obvious clinical application of clinical nursing pathways, which is worthy of further clinical application.
