摘要
针对油船装货发生VOCs泄漏事故,运用CFD软件模拟其瞬态泄漏扩散过程。数值试验探究风速改变对扩散浓度分布的影响,研究结果表明风速越大初始浓度出现的越早,初始浓度峰值越大,VOCs扩散的距离也越远,风速的增大,有利于VOCs的扩散,但扩散浓度较高进而加大了被引燃或引起爆炸的可能性增大。根据数值结果,可为油船装货过程提供一定的参考依据:在装货过程中,当风速较小时,应当注意避免人长时间吸入VOCs对人体造成慢性伤害;当风速较大时,应当及时避免明火的出现进而消除油气引燃或引起爆炸的威胁。
In this paper, the VOCs leakage accident occurred in oil tanker loading, and CFD software was used to simulate the transient leakage diffusion process.The numerical experiment investigates the influence of wind speed change on the diffusion concentration distribution.The results show that the earlier the wind speed is, the earlier the initial concentration appears.The larger the initial concentration peak, the farther the VOCs spread.The increase of wind speed is conducive to the diffusion of VOCs, but the higher the diffusion concentration increases the possibility of being ignited and causing an explosion.According to the numerical results, it can provide a certain reference for the oil tanker loading process: in the loading process, when the wind speed is low, attention should be paid to avoid long-term inhalation of VOCs to human body causing chronic damage;When the wind speed is high, open fire should be avoided in time so as to eliminate the threat of oil and gas ignition and explosion.
