排土场散体软岩重塑物理力学参数研究 被引量:26

Experiment study on the physical and mechanical parameters of soft rock remolding in waste dump

摘要 为了研究蒙东地区露天矿软岩散体物料重塑进程中的物理力学参数变化规律,依据该地区露天矿不同的排土作业方式,分析了堆载压力叠加方式,设计了分级加载和连续加载2种软岩重塑试验方案,提供了具体的试验步骤进行重塑试样的制备,对软岩重塑试样的物理力学强度进行了测定,结果表明:重塑岩样的孔隙比随着重塑压力的增大呈负指数规律递减,密度随着重塑压力的增大呈幂函数增长,含水率随重塑压力的增大呈对数关系递减;重塑岩样的黏聚力随重塑压力的增大呈二次函数规律增长,增长的速度逐渐下降;而内摩擦角不受重塑压力的影响。 In order to investigate the variation of physical and mechanical parameters in remolding process of soft rock bulk materials in an open pit mine of eastern Inner Mongolia.The stacking steps of loading pressure were analyzed based on different dumping operation methods in open pit mines.Two experimental schemes on soft rock remolding were designed,i.e.the graded loading and continuous loading.Specific experimental procedures were provided to prepare the remolding samples.The physical and mechanical strength of soft rock remolded samples were determined.Results show that,the pore ratio of remolded rock exponentially decreases with increase in remolding pressure,while the density increases with the increasing remolding pressure.The water content logarithmically decreases with the remolding pressure.As the remolding pressure rises,the cohesive force of remolded samples also rises following a quadratic function,and the growth rate gradually declines.The internal friction angle is basically not affected by remolding pressure.
