摘要
硝基呋喃类代谢物作为一种有毒物质,会严重影响人类的健康,因此必须采取相应的措施来监测食品源中的药物残留情况。利用液质联用仪高选择性、高灵敏度的优点可对硝基呋喃类代谢物进行准确的定性定量检测实验。本文综合阐述硝基呋喃代谢物液质方法可优化的地方,为开发此方法提供参考。
Nitrofuran metabolites,as a toxic substance,will seriously affect human health,so corresponding measures must be taken to monitor drug residues in food sources.The advantages of high selectivity and sensitivity of UPLC-MS/MS can be used to carry out accurate qualitative and quantitative detection experiments on nitrofuran metabolites.In this paper,the optimization of nitrofuran metabolites by UPLC-MS/MS is comprehensively described,which provides a reference for the development of this method.
