摘要
本文通过分析百特金宝AK96血液透析机功能自检中的频发故障,为血液透析机维修提供经验借鉴。对于功能自检中出现的C COFF 088 058报警,分析其故障产生的根本原因,在保证透析机消毒安全有效的情况下修改其默认消毒程序,调整机器摆放位置并缩短空气滤网的保养间隔。经过半年的运行监测,虽然该故障仍有极少频次的发生,但已不足以对临床工作产生困扰。针对此类故障现象,该维修方法可行。
By analyzing the frequent failure of Baxter jinbao AK96 haemodialysis machine in function self-test,the experience was provided for haemodialysis machine maintenance in this study.For C COFF 088 058 alarm in function self-check,the root cause of its failure was analyzed,the default disinfection program was modified to ensure the safety and effectiveness of dialysis machine disinfection,the position of the machine was adjusted,and the maintenance interval of air filter was shortened.After half a year of operation monitoring,although the failure still occurs very rarely,it is not enough to cause trouble to clinical work.In view of this kind of fault phenomenon,this maintenance method is feasible.
