摘要
肉芽肿性多血管炎作为一种低发病率疾病,累及多系统,临床表现多样化,误诊率高,单纯西医治疗副反应大,预后不理想,本文通过1例典型医案,以小结胸证立论,考虑本病病在肺脾,痰湿既为病因亦为病理产物,以清肺热、健脾益气立法,体现了中医治疗痈疡的消、托、补三法,取得较理想结果,为中西医结合治疗肉芽肿性多血管炎提供新思路。
Granulomatous polyvasculitis as a low incidence disease,involving multiple systems,clinical manifestations of diversity,high rate of misdiagnosis,simple western medicine treatment side effects,poor prognosis,this article through a typical medical case,with a summary chest certificate,consider the disease in the lungs and spleen,phlegm and dampness are not only the cause but also the pathological products. To clear lung fever and strengthen spleen and Qi legislation,it reflects the three methods of Chinese medicine to treat carbuncle selection,and achieves better results. It provides new ideas for the combination of Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of granulomatous polyvasculitis.
