摘要
为了提高船式拖拉机的工作性能,降低船式拖拉机在深泥脚水田中的摩擦阻力,通过fluent软件对船式拖拉机在深泥脚水田的工作情况进行仿真模拟,通过改变船壳底板的弧形个数以及弧形的幅值对其减阻效果的研究。研究结果表明:当船速为2.5 m/s,船壳弧度幅值为35 mm,且弧形个数为1时,其减阻率为7.6%,其对船式拖拉机减阻研究和外型的设计具有一定的指导意义。
In order to improve the performance of the ship tractor and reduce the friction resistance of the ship tractor in the running process of the deep-mud foot paddy field, the working condition of the ship tractor in the deep-mud foot paddy field was simulated by fluent software, and the influence law of the number of arcs of the bottom plate of the hull and the amplitude of the arcs on its drag reduction effect was changed. The results show that when the ship speed is 2.5 m/s, the hull radian value is 35 mm, and the number of arcs is 1, the drag reduction rate is 7.6%, and through the finite element calculation and verification of its deformation and force, it is concluded that the single-arc structure meets the requirements of work, which has certain guiding significance for the research and design of drag reduction of ship tractor.
