摘要
介绍了基于电子地图和GIS平台的环境监测车软件的设计。采用Visual C++和ArcEngine二次开发平台,设计了一种基于电子地图的环境监测车系统软件MESMobileCar。该软件已经在2017年成功应用于国内多个核电厂及某涉核场所,达到了应用目标。
This paper introduces a monitoring system that running on the environment monitoring car. Based on the Visual C ++ technology and ArcEngine platform, the monitoring system called MESMobileCar has been developed and applied to multiple nuclear power plants since 2017. The user feedback shows that the monitoring has reliability and good performance.
