摘要
当前“健康中国”和“全民健身”都已上升为国家战略,保障人民健康从以治病为中心转向以人民健康为中心,体育与医疗融合发展势在必行。体医融合是现阶段研究热点之一,直接关乎着人民健康事业,关键是要促进全民健身与全民健康深度融合,其内涵和路径问题必将成为研究体医融合问题的基础与前提,具有重要的理论和实践意义。采用案例研究法,以开设运动处方门诊治疗的6家医疗机构作为案例对象,在已有研究成果的基础上重新概括了体医融合的内涵。提出了体医融合的实施路径:理念融合、技术融合、业务融合和产业融合。理念融合是先导,技术融合是条件,业务融合是核心,产业融合是结果,四者共同构成了体医融合动态发展过程。建议把运动处方门诊作为开展体医融合工作的重要突破口和具体抓手,形成适合在全国范围内广泛推广的一种体医融合模式,让体医融合真正从理论走向实践。
Against the backdrop of ‘Health China’ and ‘National Fitness’ strategies,sports and medicine convergence is quite imperative because the protection of people’s health need focus on public health instead of treating the diseases.As a research hot issue,the key point of sports and medicine convergence is to deepen the integration of national fitness and health.The connotation and path are the important base and premise in researching sports and medicine convergence,and they have important theoretical and practical significance.In this study,the connotation of sports and medicine convergence is highlighted by summarizing the research achievements on sports and medicine convergence in six medical institutions which operating exercise prescription clinic.This study creatively proposed the implementation path of sports and medicine convergence including the convergence in concept,technology,operation and industry.In addition,this study has concluded that the concept convergence is the guide,the technology convergence is the condition,the operation convergence is the core,the industry convergence is the consequence,and they constitute the dynamic development process of sports and medicine convergence.Taking the exercise prescription clinic as an important breakthrough and specific measure,it is suggested that the model of the sports and medicine convergence can be expanded nationwide,so as to promote the sports and medicine convergence from theory to realization.
