摘要
近年,国家、政府等都大力支持农村电子商务的发展,相关政策的出台为农村电商的普及带来更多助力。物流作为农村电子商务的重要组成部分,总体发展缓慢,与农村电商的发展速度不协调,逐渐成为制约农村电商发展的核心要素。为促进农村物流发展,本文通过分析电商环境中农村物流现状,指出了农村物流存在基础设施落后、物流配送成本高、专业型人才匮乏等问题。提出了改善农村物流基础设施、选择合适的农村物流配送网点、加强农村物流相关人才建设等相应的政策建议。
In recent years,the state and government have strongly supported the development of rural e-commerce,and the introduction of relevant policies has brought more help to the popularization of rural e-commerce.Logistics,as an important part of rural e-commerce,develops slowly in general and is not in harmony with the development speed of rural e-commerce,which gradually becomes the core factor restricting the development of rural e-commerce.In order to promote the development of rural logistics,this paper pointed out the problems of backward infrastructure,high cost of logistics distribution and lack of professional talents in rural logistics by analyzing the current situation of rural logistics in e-commerce environment.The corresponding policy suggestions were put forward,such as improving the rural logistics infrastructure,choosing the appropriate rural logistics distribution network,and strengthening the construction of rural logistics-related talents.
