海水胁迫对孔雀草种子萌发的影响

摘要 为研究海水胁迫对孔雀草种子的萌发与生长状况的影响,采用7个不同浓度梯度(0%、1%、5%、10%、15%、20%、30%)的海水处理孔雀草种子,观察孔雀草种子的萌发和生长,分析孔雀草种子对盐碱的耐受性。结果表明:随着海水浓度的提高,孔雀草种子的各项发芽指标和生长指标在整体上呈现先上升后下降趋势。浓度为5%以下的海水对孔雀草种子的萌发有一定的促进作用;当浓度逐渐升高后,孔雀草种子的各项发芽指标都有所下滑,与对照组相比有显著的差异。 In order to study the effect of seawater stress on the germination and growth of the Tagetes patula L.′s seeds,we used seven different concentrations of seawater to treat the seeds of Tagetes patula L.to observe the germination and growth of it and to analyze the tolerance of the seeds to the salinity.The results showed that with the increase of seawater concentration,the germination index and growth index of Tagetes patula L.′s seeds were decreasing in the whole.Compared to municipal water concentration of less than 5%of the seawater for the germination of Tagetes patula L.′s seeds have a certain role in promoting.When the concentration gradually increased,the germination index of the Tagetes patula L.′s seeds decreased,which was significantly different from the control group.It is indicated that the higher the seawater concentration,the stronger the inhibition of the seed germination.
