摘要
目的探讨微创与开放手术治疗食管癌的临床疗效的对照评估。方法选取2017年2月—2018年2月入院接受治疗的食管癌疾病患者134例作为研究对象。采用双色球分组法,将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组各67例。两组患者接受不同的护理干预措施,对照组患者接受开放手术治疗,观察组患者接受微创手术治疗,观察在不同手术治疗方式下,两组患者的住院时长、淋巴结清扫个数、出血量。结果观察组患者的出血量少于对照组,住院时长均短于对照组,观察组患者的淋巴结清扫个数多于对照组,组间各项数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创与开放手术治疗食管癌疗效对比,微创手术治疗效果更好。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive and open surgery for esophageal cancer. Methods 134 patients with esophageal cancer who were admitted to hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to twocolor ball grouping method, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, 67 cases in each group. Two groups of patients received different nursing intervention measures. The patients in the control group received open surgery. The patients in the observation group received minimally invasive surgery. The length of hospitalization, the number of lymph node dissection and the amount of bleeding were observed under different surgical treatments. Results The amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the length of hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group. The number of lymph node dissection in the observation group was more than that in the control group. There was a significant difference in the data between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery is better than open surgery in the treatment of esophageal cancer.
