Application of CBL and PBL Teaching Methods in the Teaching of Doctors Receiving Standardized Training in the Tumor Radiotherapy Department

摘要 目的:探讨案例教学法(case based learning,CBL)、以问题为基础的教学法(problem based learning,PBL)两者结合在肿瘤放疗科住院医师规范化培养中的实际带教效果.方法:将2017年1月至2018年12月来我科轮转的规培医师作为研究对象,共46名,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组23名,其中对照组采用常规传统带教方法,试验组采用CBL、PBL联合教学法带教,比较两组学生的实际带教效果.结果:试验组的出科理论考试成绩(满分60分)、实践操作成绩(满分40分)以及总成绩(满分100分)分别为(52.0±2.6)分、(35.7±2.1)分和(88.1±2.8)分,均明显高于对照组,组间比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05);试验组对提高学习兴趣、提升教学效果、以及提高综合能力的教学效果满意度分别为81.0%、71.4%和90.5%,均高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:将CBL、PBL教学法应用到肿瘤放疗科规培学员带教中能够有效提高带教效果,提高学员放疗理论知识水平及实践操作能力,同时还能够提高规培学员对教学实际效果的满意度,值得在肿瘤放疗科住培基地推广使用. Objective: To explore the practical teaching effects of case-based learning (CBL) combined with problem-based learning (PBL) in the standardized training of resident doctors in the tumor radiotherapy department. Methods: A total of 46 doctors receiving standardized training in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 23 in each group. The control group used the conventional and traditional teaching method, while the experimental group used CBL and PBL joint teaching method, and the actual teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The theory test scores (out of 60), practical operation scores (out of 40), and total scores (out of 100) of the experimental group were (52.0±2.6),(35.7±2.1) and (88.1±2.8), which were significantly higher than those of the control group, and there were significant differences between the groups (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group in improving the interest in learning, improving the teaching effect, and improving the comprehensive ability were 81.0%. 71.4% and 90.5%, which were higher than those of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Applying CBL and PBL teaching methods to the teaching of students receiving standardized training in the radiotherapy department can effectively improve the teaching effect, improve the theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of the students, and improve the students' satisfaction with the actual teaching results. Therefore, the methods are worthy of promotion and use in the tumor radiotherapy department.
