早产发病机制的新进展 被引量：13

摘要 早产( preterm birth)是指妊娠不足 37 周的分娩。早产每年导致 310 万新生儿死亡,已成为新生儿死亡的首要原因,存活的早产儿远期不良结局风险也显著增加。鉴于早产问题的重要性和紧迫性,其病因和发病机制一直是围产领域的研究热点,也是亟待解决的难题。
