基于正交试验原理的某铁矿床采场参数优化 被引量:14

Optimization of Stope Parameters for an Iron Ore Deposit Based on Orthogonal Experiment Theory

摘要 为了保证厚大矿体回采采场稳定,提高矿石回采的安全可靠性、降低支护成本、提高生产效率,以霍邱地区某大型沉积型铁矿床为例,对影响采场稳定性的矿房长度、宽度、高度三个主要因素进行正交试验设计,基于正交试验原理,运用有限差分软件FLAC3D进行了9种方案数值模拟,分析了不同采场参数下周围岩体最大拉应力、最大压应力和位移沉降量分布特征。通过极差分析表明,影响矿房稳定性的主要因素为矿房回采长度,其次是采场高度,采场宽度对采场稳定性影响最小;同时确定某铁矿厚大型矿体回采矿房长、宽、高参数分别为60,20,100m时,最有利于采场稳定。 In order to ensure the stope stability of thick and large ore body,improve the safety and reliability of ore mining,reduce the cost of support and improve the production efficiency,taking a large sedimentary iron ore deposit in Huoqiu area as an example,the orthogonal experimental design was carried out for three main factors affecting the stope stability,namely,the length,width and height of the room.Based on orthogonal experiment theory,nine schemes were numerically simulated by using the finite difference software FLAC3D,and the distribution characteristics of the maximum tensile stress,the maximum compressive stress and displacement settlement of surrounding rock mass under different stope parameters were analyzed.The range analysis showed that the main factor affecting the room stability was the length of the room,secondly was the height of the stope,and the width of the stope had the least influence on the stope stability.At the same time,it was determined that the length,width and height parameters of a thick and large ore body in this iron mine were 60,20 mand 100 mrespectively,which was the most conducive to stope stability.
