摘要
目的探讨家庭常用饮水容器中饮用水微生物学指标现状及其影响因素。方法于2017年11月,采集我国中东部某县农村10个行政村家庭常用饮水容器中的饮用水水样共计272件,对菌落总数、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群、大肠埃希菌进行检测和评价,并进行非条件logistic多元回归分析。结果饮用水水样合格率为45.59%(124/272),菌落总数、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群和大肠埃希菌检出率分别为83.82%(228/272),24.63%(67/272),95.52%(64/67)和95.52%(64/67)。经非条件logistic多重回归分析,结果显示,有盖水杯的饮水水样的不合格率、总大肠菌群的不合格率均低于无盖水杯(水样:OR=0.360,95%CI:0.157~0.824;总大肠菌群:OR=0.114,95%CI:0.026~0.505);矿泉水瓶的饮水总大肠菌群的不合格率低于无盖水杯(OR=0.386,95%CI:0.188~0.792)。结论该地区农村家庭常用饮水容器中饮用水存在微生物污染问题,使用有盖杯子饮水可以减轻饮用水的微生物污染。
Objective To explore the microbial contamination situation of drinking water in commonly-used containers in households and its influencing factors. Methods In November 2017,272 drinking water samples were collected from the commonly-used containers in households in 10 administrative villages in a central-eastern county of China to test and evaluate the microbial indexes,such as total count of bacteria,total coliform,thermotoletant coliform and Escherichia coli,and the unconditional logistic multivariate regression models was used to analyze the influencing factors. Results The qualified rate of drinking water samples was 45.59%(124/272) and the detection rates of total count of bacteria,total coliform,thermotoletant coliform and Escherichia coli were 83.82%(228/272),24.63%(67/272),95.52%(64/67) and 95.52%(64/67) respectively. The results of unconditional logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that the drinking water unqualified rate and the unqualified rate of total coliform in the covered cups were both lower than those in the cups without covers(drinking water sample:OR=0.360,95% CI:0.157-0.824;total coliform:OR=0.114,95% CI:0.026-0.505);The unqualified rate of total coliform in drinking water bottled by the plastic bottles for mineral water was lower than that in the uncovered cups(OR=0.386,95% CI:0.188-0.792). Conclusion The microbial contamination problem exists in drinking water in commonly-used drinking-water containers in rural households in the county of central-eastern China,and using covered cup to drink water will alleviate the microbial contamination of drinking water.
