Theoretical Calculation for Hydraulically Expanded Tube Joint Based on Bilinear Material Model

摘要 利用弹塑性理论分析了液压胀接过程中换热管与管板胀接接头在加载和卸载工况下应力-应变的状态。采用材料双线性模型以及双圆筒几何模型,建立了换热管与管板之间胀后残余接触压力理论计算公式。对胀接试样进行拉脱力试验,结果证明理论计算值与实验值的误差在工程允许范围内。 In this paper, the condition of the stress and strain in hydraulically expanded tube-to-tubesheet joint during expansion loading and unloading process was analyzed with elastic-plastic theory. The theoretical expression of residual contact pressure in hydraulically expanded joint was developed using bilinear material model and double cylinder geometry model. The results of pullout force experiment showed that the error between the values from theoretical calculation and experiment is within the allowable range when used in engineering practice.
