摘要
目的观察布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染致慢性咳嗽的疗效.方法选取2016年2月-2017年3月收治的共100例小儿肺炎支原体(mycoplasma pneumonia,MP)感染致慢性咳嗽者作为研究对象.按数字表法,将其随机分组,对照组共48例(接受氨溴索和阿奇霉素治疗)、观察组共52例(在对照组基础上联合布地奈德治疗),比较治疗前后咳嗽评分,统计两组症状消失时间,组间比较患儿疗效差异.结果治疗后,观察组咳嗽评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽消失时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 MP感染致慢性咳嗽患儿临床治疗中雾化吸入布地奈德(budesonide,BUD),临床治疗效果理想,患儿咳嗽得到控制,咳嗽消失用时短.
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of aerosol inhalation therapy with budesonide suspension in mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP)-induced chronic cough. Methods 100 children with MPinduced chronic cough treated from February 2016 to March 2017 in our hospital were selected and randomly assigned to control group (n =48) and observation group (n =52). The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride combined with azithromycin;on the basis, the observation group was treated with budesonide. The cough symptom scores, disappearance time of cough and clinical effect were compared. Results After treatment, the cough symptom scores in the observation group were lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);the disappearance time of cough in the observation group was shorter than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);the effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The aerosol inhalation therapy with budesonide suspension can increase the clinical effect, relieve the cough symptoms and shorten the disappearance time of cough.
