供给侧改革背景下企业特征分析与实证研究——基于差绩效企业的灰色关联度分析

摘要 供给侧改革背景下,企业在市场中竞争激烈。鉴于此,从“如何生产出有质量和创新性的产品”角度入手,在商业技术管理(BTM)基础上,划分出战略、组织、财务、技术、营销、信息六大维度的企业特征模型。利用2015—2017年差绩效上市公司数据,运用Matlab进行灰色关联度分析。结论显示,差绩效企业具有资产负债率高、投资水平和复制扩展能力低等特点,并提出相应对策和建议。
