摘要
目的:将项目管理方法引入护理质量管理中,建立质量改善最佳路径,促进护理质量全面提升。方法:以寻找质量问题为切入点,进行护理质量的项目改善,改善的过程被全程监控,通过问卷调查收集质量改善过程中的难点以及对这一质量管理形式的推荐程度。结果:护理质量改善的项目管理初步建立了包含长效机制、过程管理和评价标准三个维度的管理体系;项目改善过程中的选题难度最大;对项目管理的净推荐值逐年提高,第5年与第1年比较差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);护理部质量控制团队为质量改善提供的帮助相邻两年之间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:护理质量改善的项目管理是一种新型的多种管理方法的综合应用模式,应用前景良好。
Objective: To introduce the project management method into nursing quality management to establish the best path for quality improvement and promoting the overall improvement of nursing quality. Methods: The management of nursing quality was improved with searching for quality issues as the starting point and the whole process was monitored continuously. Besides, questionnaires were used to learn about the difficulties in nursing quality improvement as well as the recommendation rate of a management item to the quality management project. Results: A system with three dimensions including long-term mechanism, process management and evaluation criteria was initially established in the improved nursing quality management project. The selection of topics in project improvement process were most difficult tasks. The net promoter score for project management increased year by year with statistically significant differences being observed between the two consecutive years within five years (P<0.05), and the differences of the help provided by the design team for quality improvement between the two consecutive years were also statistically different (P<0.05). Conclusion: Project management with improved quality of care is a new comprehensive application model for multiple management with promising prospects in the future.
