摘要
隧道式砖窑是生产环保页岩多孔砖的新型设备,能替代实心黏土砖作为建筑材料,有效保护土壤资源.文章针对该生产工艺和隧道式砖窑的结构和运行特性,介绍了一种适合该设备的烟气治理技术,可满足《砖瓦工业大气污染物排放标准》(GB 29620—2013),为新型环保页岩多孔砖的生产技术提供借鉴和参考.
The tunnel type brick-kiln is a newly type equipment for production of the environmental protection shale porous bricks. It can substitute solid ball clay bricks for building materials and protect the soil resources efficiently. Aimed at the structure of the productive process and the tunnel type brick-kiln and operation characteristics, the paper presents a sort of flue gas treatment technology that adapts to the equipment, and meets《the Emission Standard for Tile Industrial Air Pollutants》(GB 29620-2013), and provides use for references for the productive process of the newly type environmental protection shale porous bricks.
