摘要
随着我国现代工业迅猛发展,大量危化品被投入到化工企业的生产和使用中,一定程度上增大了危化品事故发生的可能。危化品事故具有极大的危险性和破坏性,因此及时高效的应急管理显的尤为重要。本文基于危化品企业应急管理的调查分析,融合大数据思维,探究构建新型联动应急信息管理平台,包括系统化的安全管控、事故隐患预测预警、联动应急救援以及危化品信息管理等四大内容,形成更科学的危化品应急管理系统。
With the rapid development of China's modern industry,a large number of hazardous chemicals have been invested in the production and use of chemical companies,which has increased the possibility of hazardous chemicals accidents to some extent. Hazardous chemical accidents are extremely dangerous and destructive,so timely and efficient emergency management is particularly important. Based on the investigation and analysis of emergency management of hazardous chemicals enterprises,this paper integrates big data thinking and explores the construction of a new linkage emergency information management platform,including systematic safety control,accident hidden danger prediction and early warning,linkage emergency rescue and hazardous chemicals information management. Content,forming a more scientific emergency management system for hazardous chemicals.
