应用除草布防治枸杞红瘿蚊效果评价 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究除草布对枸杞红瘿蚊的防控效果以及对宁夏枸杞花蕾萌发量和枸杞子产量的影响。方法:除草布处理区在宁夏枸杞园地表覆盖除草布,对照处理区地面裸露,人工除草,两处理区其他处理保持一致。每7~10d调查统计一次枸杞红瘿蚊虫瘿数量,并在宁夏枸杞采收前期统计不同处理区宁夏枸杞花蕾总数量以及未受害花蕾数量,同时在采收期统计不同处理的宁夏枸杞鲜果百粒质量及大小。结果:除草布处理区枸杞红瘿蚊发生量显著低于对照处理,日均虫瘿密度为对照处理的8.82%。处理区花蕾总数量、果实百粒质量及大小与对照处理区差异不显著,但健康花蕾数量显著高于对照处理区,为对照处理区的1.3倍。结论:除草布通过阻止红瘿蚊入土,可有效降低枸杞红瘿蚊的危害,提高宁夏枸杞子产量,同时对宁夏枸杞花蕾的萌发影响较小。 Objective:To study the effects of weeding cloth application on the population dynamics of Jaapiella sp.and the yield of wolfberry, Lycium barbarum. Methods:There were two treatments in the field experiment,including the weeding cloth treatment and the control treatment.The former treatment was covered with weeding cloth on the ground,and the latter was with manual weeding.The density of Jaapiella sp.galls were investigated every 7 to 10 days.The total number of wolfberry buds and the undamaged buds in the two treatments were checked at the early period of harvest.Meanwhile,the weight and size of wolfberry fruits were measured at harvest period. Results:The densities of the midge galls in the weeding cloth treatment were significant less than that in the control treatment,only account for 8.8%.The number of undamaged buds in the weeding cloth treatment was significant increased by 30.4% than that in the control treatment.Whereas,the total number of buds and the weight and size of wolfberry fruits were not significant different between the two treatments. Conclusion:Application of weeding cloth is effective to control the wolfberry gall midge via preventing its larvae from drilling into soil,and then indirectly increase wolfberry yields.
